Acceptance and eligibility
Vita Lieve is provided by Venture Cinq LLC. By using the application, users agree to the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy. The proposed minimum account age is 18 years, subject to legal review before launch.
Purpose of the app
Vita Lieve offers optional suggestions for simplifying home organization, digital life, time, spending awareness, routines and mental load. Suggestions are general lifestyle information, not professional medical, mental-health, financial or legal advice. Users decide which activities are appropriate for their circumstances and may skip any suggestion.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for maintaining their credentials and using the service lawfully. The app may restrict access to protect account security and prevent misuse, subject to applicable law.
Your content
Users retain ownership of the original notes, intentions and other content they submit. Venture Cinq receives only the limited rights reasonably necessary to store, process and display that content to operate and secure the app, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, abuse automated requests, introduce malicious code or violate applicable law.
Availability and updates
Features may change for maintenance, security or product development. Service availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
Subscriptions — not yet active
Premium purchases are not currently available. Before native billing launches, these Terms must describe Apple and Google subscriptions, pricing, auto-renewal, cancellation, restoration, refunds, and the relationship between account deletion and active store subscriptions.
Intellectual property
The original Vita Lieve branding, software and app content belong to Venture Cinq LLC or its licensors. Users receive a limited personal license to use the app, subject to applicable law. Users retain their rights in their own original notes.
Deletion and termination
Users may initiate account deletion from Preferences. Deletion procedures and retained backup or log information are described in the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page. Account access may be restricted for material violations subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers, liability and disputes
The service is offered subject to applicable consumer protections. Appropriate warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law and dispute-resolution terms require legal review and must be finalized before publication.
