How to delete your account
Open Vita Lieve, sign in, go to Preferences, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. There is no fee to request deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Contact contact@venturecinq.com for assistance. Venture Cinq may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Do not send passwords or authentication codes. The support-based verification and deletion workflow requires operational verification before publication.
What active information is removed
The deletion process is designed to remove associated profiles, focus areas, intentions, affirmations, preferences, daily plans, progress, notes and device sessions from the active application database, and to delete the Firebase Authentication account. Interrupted steps may require retrying; deletion must not be described as complete before confirmation.
What may remain
Limited account-deletion tracking records currently remain without automatic expiry, pending a final retention policy. Technical logs may include IP addresses, paths and timestamps; their exact retention remains to be verified. Backup copies may retain deleted information under the hosting provider’s backup schedule, potentially up to 12 months subject to confirmation.
Backup restoration
A database restoration may reintroduce records deleted from active storage. The production process for reconciling previously deleted accounts after restoration must be implemented and verified before public launch.
Timing
Active deletion starts after confirmation, but interrupted operations may require retries. A precise processing timeline and legally required exceptions must be finalized before publication. Backup copies may persist until their applicable retention periods expire.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are not currently active. Before paid subscriptions launch, this page must explain that deleting an app account may not cancel a subscription billed through Apple or Google, and provide the applicable cancellation steps.
