By creating a Palace Keep account or using Palace Keep, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Palace Keep. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, available at https://venturecinq.com/palace-keep/privacy/.
Who operates Palace Keep
Palace Keep is operated by Venture Cinq LLC. You can contact us at contact@venturecinq.com.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Palace Keep account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current.
What Palace Keep is
Palace Keep is home-management guidance software. It helps you track maintenance schedules, keep records of your home and systems, stay ahead of upkeep, and optionally share home information with household members. Palace Keep uses details you provide about your home to personalize maintenance guidance and reminders.
Home-maintenance guidance, not professional advice
Palace Keep provides organizational and educational guidance to help you plan and remember home upkeep. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Guidance may be general, incomplete, or may not apply to your specific home, climate, equipment, or situation. You are responsible for evaluating any guidance before acting on it.
What completion means
When you mark a task, checklist item, or reminder as complete in Palace Keep, it means only that you recorded it as complete. It does not mean that Palace Keep inspected your home, that any work was performed correctly, that a system or your home is safe, that a defect was detected or is absent, that applicable building or other codes are satisfied, that a professional inspection occurred, or that future failure, injury, property damage, or loss will be prevented.
You remain responsible for verifying that work was done properly and for your home's condition.
No inspection, contractor, or repair relationship
Palace Keep is not a home inspection service, an engineering service, a contractor, a repair service, a diagnostic service, a certification service, or a code-compliance determination service. Using Palace Keep does not create a contract, agency, employment, or professional-services relationship between you and Venture Cinq LLC. Any references to professionals, products, or methods are informational only and do not constitute an endorsement or a recommendation for your specific situation.
We do not verify professionals
Palace Keep does not verify the credentials, licensing, insurance, availability, workmanship, or compliance of any third-party professional you may hire. Any "performed by a professional" record in Palace Keep reflects information you provided and is not Palace Keep's verification of that person.
No reliance for emergencies
Palace Keep is not an emergency service. Do not rely on Palace Keep for emergencies involving safety, health, fire, gas, water, electrical, structural, or environmental hazards. If you have an emergency, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.
Your responsibility for decisions and safety
You are responsible for your home, your maintenance decisions, and the safety of anyone performing work. Some tasks involve risk and may require a qualified, licensed, or insured professional — including work involving electrical, gas, plumbing, structural, roofing, HVAC, hazardous materials, code compliance, height, or other regulated or specialized work.
You are responsible for following manufacturer instructions for your equipment and products, for complying with applicable laws, codes, and permit requirements, and for determining when to hire a professional and verifying their qualifications. You should stop and use an appropriately qualified, licensed, or insured professional when a task is unsafe, regulated, outside your skill, or when Palace Keep guidance indicates professional service is appropriate.
Household sharing responsibilities
You may invite household members to share your Palace Keep home. You are responsible for whom you invite and for the information that becomes visible to them. Household members can generally see shared maintenance tasks, observations, notes, and home records in read-only mode. An active household member may complete a maintenance task when Palace Keep permits that member to complete the assigned or shared task. Members do not have general edit authority and cannot reopen tasks.
If you are a household owner, you can remove members at any time. If you are a member, your personal data remains yours, but shared household records you contributed to may remain with the household.
Your content
You may create notes, observations, tasks, home records, and other content in Palace Keep. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Palace Keep only the limited license needed to host, process, and display your content within Palace Keep to provide the service to you and your household members you have invited. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the right to include it in Palace Keep.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Palace Keep, including not to: use it for any unlawful purpose; upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to access another user's data without authorization; interfere with or disrupt the service; or use the service in a way that could harm Venture Cinq LLC, its service providers, or other users.
Intellectual property
Palace Keep, including its name, guides, maintenance library, design, and software, is owned by Venture Cinq LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use Palace Keep branding, guides, or software beyond using Palace Keep as intended for your own home management.
Third-party services and links
Palace Keep may reference or link to third-party services, products, or information for your convenience, including content from government agencies, manufacturers, recognized safety or standards organizations, and other sources. Venture Cinq LLC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Referencing or linking to any third party, including a government agency, does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement.
Venture Cinq LLC is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any government agency. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's terms and privacy practices.
AI-assisted guidance (Ask Palace)
Palace Keep may offer an AI-assisted feature called Ask Palace that answers questions about your home using your home record and Palace guides as context. Ask Palace is informational only and is read-only — it cannot make changes to your data. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your situation. Do not rely on Ask Palace as a substitute for a licensed professional, including for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, roofing, legal, medical, or safety matters.
You remain responsible for evaluating any AI output before acting on it.
Reminders and notifications
Palace Keep may provide reminders and notifications to help you stay on top of maintenance. Reminders may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, and the absence or failure of a reminder does not create any obligation on Palace Keep. You should not rely solely on Palace Keep reminders for time-sensitive or safety-related maintenance. You remain responsible for monitoring your home and scheduling work as needed.
Service availability and changes
Palace Keep is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Venture Cinq LLC may change, suspend, or discontinue features, guidance, or the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that Palace Keep will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Palace Premium and billing
Palace Premium is a recurring subscription that unlocks additional Palace Keep features, such as Ask Palace. For the current version of the Palace Keep mobile apps (V1), new Palace Premium purchases are not initiated inside the native iOS or Android apps. New Premium purchases for V1 are made through the Palace Keep website, where payment is processed by Stripe. Existing Premium entitlements remain usable in supported native apps. The current web price is $9.99 per month.
The subscription automatically renews until you cancel, unless otherwise stated during checkout or in the subscription management portal. You can cancel at any time through the supported subscription-management flow; cancellation ordinarily remains effective through the end of your paid-through period when applicable. If a renewal payment fails, Palace Keep may temporarily preserve Premium access for a limited grace period before Premium is suspended. Applicable taxes may apply.
Stripe processes your payment credentials; Palace Keep does not store your full card or payment-account details. Palace Keep stores your subscription and entitlement status and limited provider identifiers. Pricing and features may change with notice where required. Feature availability may differ by platform.
Account suspension or termination
Venture Cinq LLC may suspend or terminate your access to Palace Keep if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or as needed to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Palace Keep at any time.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Palace Keep data from your account settings. Deletion removes your personal data, home profile, and associated records, subject to your household role and the limitations described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting Palace Keep data does not delete external accounts (such as Google or Apple) you used to sign in. See our Privacy Policy for details on what deletion covers and how your sign-in identity is handled.
Disclaimers of warranties
Palace Keep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Venture Cinq LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Palace Keep does not warrant that guidance will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your home, or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Venture Cinq LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, home damage, property damage, or personal injury arising from your use of Palace Keep, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that guidance and reminders are organizational aids and that you remain responsible for your home and decisions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, this limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venture Cinq LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Palace Keep, your violation of these terms, or your content, to the extent caused by your acts or omissions. This indemnity is limited to claims directly arising from your conduct and does not extend to disputes between Venture Cinq LLC and third parties unrelated to you.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Venture Cinq LLC agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or Palace Keep will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, to the extent permitted by applicable law and where no consumer-protection statute provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
Venture Cinq LLC may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. When an update requires a new acceptance, Palace Keep will ask you to review and affirmatively accept the updated Terms before you can continue using the service.

No hay relación de inspección, contratista ni reparación
Palace Keep no es un servicio de inspección del hogar, un servicio de ingeniería, un contratista, un servicio de reparación, un servicio de diagnóstico, un servicio de certificación ni un servicio de determinación de cumplimiento de normativas. Usar Palace Keep no crea una relación de contrato, agencia, empleo ni de servicios profesionales entre tú y Venture Cinq LLC.
Cualquier referencia a profesionales, productos o métodos es solo informativa y no constituye un respaldo ni una recomendación para tu situación específica.
No verificamos a los profesionales

Algunas tareas implican riesgo y pueden requerir un profesional cualificado, con licencia o asegurado — incluyendo trabajos que involucren electricidad, gas, plomería, estructura, tejado, HVAC, materiales peligrosos, cumplimiento de normativas, altura u otros trabajos regulados o especializados.
Eres responsable de seguir las instrucciones del fabricante de tus equipos y productos, de cumplir las leyes, normativas y requisitos de permisos aplicables, y de decidir cuándo contratar a un profesional y verificar sus cualificaciones. Debes detener y usar un profesional apropiadamente cualificado, con licencia o asegurado cuando una tarea sea insegura, regulada, fuera de tus habilidades, o cuando la guía de Palace Keep indique que corresponde un servicio profesional.
Responsabilidades del uso compartido del hogar
Puedes invitar a miembros del hogar a compartir tu hogar de Palace Keep. Eres responsable de a quién invitas y de la información que sea visible para ellos. Los miembros del hogar generalmente pueden ver las tareas de mantenimiento, observaciones, notas y registros del hogar compartidos en modo de solo lectura. Un miembro activo del hogar puede completar una tarea de mantenimiento cuando Palace Keep permite que ese miembro complete la tarea asignada o compartida.
Los miembros no tienen autoridad general de edición y no pueden reabrir tareas. Si eres el propietario del hogar, puedes eliminar miembros en cualquier momento. Si eres miembro, tus datos personales siguen siendo tuyos, pero los registros compartidos del hogar a los que contribuiste pueden permanecer con el hogar.
Tu contenido
Puedes crear notas, observaciones, tareas, registros del hogar y otro contenido en Palace Keep. Conservas la propiedad de tu contenido. Concedes a Palace Keep solo la licencia limitada necesaria para alojar, procesar y mostrar tu contenido dentro de Palace Keep para proporcionar el servicio a ti y a los miembros del hogar que has invitado. Eres responsable del contenido que creas y de asegurarte de tener el derecho de incluirlo en Palace Keep.
Uso aceptable
Aceptas no usar indebidamente Palace Keep, incluyendo no: usarlo para ningún fin ilícito; subir contenido que no tienes derecho a compartir; intentar acceder a los datos de otro usuario sin autorización; interferir con o interrumpir el servicio; o usar el servicio de forma que pueda dañar a Venture Cinq LLC, a sus proveedores de servicios o a otros usuarios.

Guía asistida por IA (Ask Palace)
Palace Keep puede ofrecer una función asistida por IA llamada Ask Palace que responde preguntas sobre tu hogar usando tu registro del hogar y las guías de Palace como contexto. Ask Palace es solo informativo y es de solo lectura — no puede hacer cambios en tus datos. Los resultados de la IA pueden ser incompletos, inexactos o no aplicables a tu situación.
No dependas de Ask Palace como sustituto de un profesional con licencia, inclusive para asuntos eléctricos, plomería, HVAC, estructura, tejado, legales, médicos o de seguridad. Sigue siendo responsable de evaluar cualquier resultado de IA antes de actuar según él.
Recordatorios y notificaciones
Palace Keep puede proporcionar recordatorios y notificaciones para ayudarte a estar al día con el mantenimiento. Palace Premium y facturación
Palace Premium es una suscripción recurrente que desbloquea funciones adicionales de Palace Keep, como Ask Palace. Para la versión actual de las aplicaciones móviles de Palace Keep (V1), las nuevas compras de Palace Premium no se inician dentro de las apps nativas de iOS ni Android. Si falla el pago de una renovación, Palace Keep puede conservar temporalmente el acceso a Premium durante un período de gracia limitado antes de suspender Premium. Pueden aplicar impuestos aplicables. Stripe procesa tus credenciales de pago; Palace Keep no almacena los datos completos de tu tarjeta ni de tu cuenta de pago. Palace Keep almacena tu estado de suscripción y habilitación, e identificadores limitados del proveedor.
Los precios y las funciones pueden cambiar con previo aviso cuando sea obligatorio. La disponibilidad de funciones puede variar según la plataforma.
Suspensión o cancelación de cuenta
Venture Cinq LLC puede suspender o cancelar tu acceso a Palace Keep si infringes estos términos, usas indebidamente el servicio o según sea necesario para proteger el servicio o a otros usuarios. Puedes dejar de usar Palace Keep en cualquier momento.
Eliminación de cuenta
Puedes solicitar la eliminación de tus datos de Palace Keep desde la configuración de tu cuenta. La eliminación quita tus datos personales, tu perfil del hogar y los registros asociados, según tu rol en el hogar y las limitaciones descritas en nuestra Política de privacidad. Eliminar los datos de Palace Keep no elimina las cuentas externas (como Google o Apple) que usaste para iniciar sesión.

Aviso de garantías

Indemnidad
En la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a Venture Cinq LLC frente a reclamaciones, daños y gastos (incluidos honorarios legales razonables) derivados de tu uso indebido de Palace Keep, tu incumplimiento de estos términos o tu contenido, en la medida en que sean causados por tus actos u omisiones.
Esta indemnidad se limita a reclamaciones que surjan directamente de tu conducta y no se extiende a disputas entre Venture Cinq LLC y terceros no relacionados contigo.
Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la Mancomunidad de Virginia, sin tener en cuenta sus principios de conflicto de leyes.
