How to request account deletion

1. Email contact@venturecinq.com.
2. Use the subject line Palace Keep Account Deletion Request.
3. Send the request from the email address associated with your Palace Keep account whenever possible.
4. Include a brief statement that you want your Palace Keep account and associated personal data deleted.

What will be deleted

After we verify the request, we will delete the Palace Keep account and personal data associated with that account that we are not required to retain.

This may include account information, Home Profile information, maintenance and home-care data, observations, notes, records, preferences, and other user-created Palace Keep data associated with the account.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate compliance purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.

This may include limited legal and audit records showing which versions of the Palace Keep Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you accepted and when you accepted them. These records do not include your home profile, maintenance tasks, observations, home records, notes, or payment information.

Processing your request

We may contact you to verify account ownership before completing a deletion request. Once verified, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
