Introduction
Vita Lieve is operated by Venture Cinq LLC. This draft describes the personal information used to provide gentle daily suggestions, personal organization and progress tracking. It is not yet approved for public release.
Information collected
Account email and authentication identifiers are processed through Firebase Authentication. Vita Lieve stores selected focus areas, intentions, affirmations, reminder preferences, daily plans, suggestions, progress and optional personal notes. Device sessions include device names, token fingerprints and timestamps. Server request logs may include IP addresses, request paths and timestamps. Notes and intentions may contain sensitive information you choose to enter.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide and personalize the service, maintain saved progress, authenticate accounts, secure sessions, troubleshoot technical issues, and process account deletion and support requests.
Service providers
Google Firebase Authentication supports sign-in. Emergent-hosted MongoDB infrastructure stores application data. Apple and Google in-app subscriptions and RevenueCat are planned but not active; the policy must be revised to reflect their actual data flows before activation.
Retention and deletion
Profiles, daily plans, activities and notes currently remain until account deletion. Session records are configured to expire 30 days after creation, or earlier during deletion. Account-deletion tracking records currently have no automatic expiry; their minimization and retention rules are unresolved. In-app deletion is designed to erase associated active application records and delete the Firebase account, with retries if processing is interrupted.
Backups and restoration
Emergent has described backup tiers that may retain snapshots for up to 12 months; the exact production schedule and its application to deleted data require technical and legal verification. Information removed from active storage may remain in protected backups during their retention period. Restoring a backup may reintroduce previously deleted data. Production restoration and deletion-reconciliation safeguards are not yet fully verified.
Security and sharing
The service uses authentication, session controls and other safeguards intended to protect information. Information is processed by providers supporting the application, and may be disclosed as legally required. No service can promise absolute security. Additional analytics, tracking, advertising and service-provider arrangements must be verified before launch.
Your choices and rights
You may manage available preferences and notes and initiate account deletion from within Vita Lieve. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Contact contact@venturecinq.com for privacy inquiries. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Eligibility and changes
The proposed minimum account age is 18 years, pending final legal and product review. The final policy will identify its effective date and describe how changes are communicated.
